As a 75 year-old woman.. I’ve written some reviews before, mainly, just a few words or nothing at all just a thumbs up. But I had to write this one. Don’t quite know how to say this in not so many words…. l was not expecting what happened to me today here at this shop, all I can say is I wish more people were like the Owner and the men I met working there. PLEASE take my word, you will not be disappointed by choosing them to do your work. Their Knowledge, Quality of work, Done when promised, and Friendliness is what to mainly expect. Sad to say it is getting a little harder to find. So when you do find it, you have to share it. I have more work that needs to be done to my car and I would think of no other place I would take it to.

My AC has been blowing hot air out the one side of my vents and with the summer heat coming fast I knew I needed to stop and get it looked at. So when I was driving by and saw their sign that they did AC repair I decided to pull in and just see what they say. I was greeted instantly by a friendly face and he knew just what the problem was. In under 5 minutes, he got the can of whatever I needed, talked me through what he was doing, got my AC so cold, and had me on my way. As a girl sometimes going to car places by yourself can be sketch but this guy was great! I would definitely go back and will be recommending them to my friends if they ever have car troubles. Great place!

If you’re looking for a mechanic who actually treats people with honesty, respect, and genuine care, this is the place. They never make you feel taken advantage of or pressured, which as a young female whose father doesn’t live in the area, means everything. Byro and his team have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count, and at this point I genuinely would not trust my car with anyone else. I used to only go to Dave’s Brake World, but being the only other reliable mechanic in town, it sometimes takes far too long to get in with him. I made the switch to Get Real Auto because have a MUCH quicker turnaround for the same quality and prices. After calling 15+ shops around the area and being told a certain (very tedious) repair either “couldn’t be done” or would cost double the price, this family business somehow found solutions no one else would even attempt. Not only did they fix the issue, but Byro personally searched all over town for quality used parts to help cut my costs nearly in half instead of taking the easy route. I really appreciate this shop. They tried to help me right away on a late Saturday afternoon when I pulled in because the door to my gas cap wouldn't unlock to put gas in. The cable was broke, but they were knowledgeable, gave me information about how much the part and labor would be & scheduled me in on Monday morning. On Monday the service was fast, friendly and everything works excellent now. What a relief that they are able to fix such an unusual & hard part. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Get Right Automotive. From start to finish, their customer service was the best I’ve seen to date. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly while fixing my car. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and I felt confident my vehicle was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.
